Shane Duncan – Founder and General Manager


Shane founded Guardian FM as a natural progression of his career working in the Facilities Management, Construction, Local Government and Infrastructure Sectors.


He has coupled his significant skills and experience developed as a senior manager for Programmed Facilities Management with a highly developed insight and understanding of client needs developed working in the Private, Government & Infrastructure sectors.


Shane is characterised as a highly effective and professional manager, with demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex problems. The performance of Guardian FM reflects the energetic and results-focused approach and success that Shane has had in developing and leading diverse teams to achieve outstanding results. As a natural leader, Shane ensures Guardian FM is dedicated to bringing organizations to the next phase of growth and development with a diligent and motivated focus on improving processes, streamlining operations and increase revenue for clients.


This combination of a passion achieving quality work and setting exceptional standards of customer service is why Shane makes a point of being hands-on when it comes to his clients personally overseeing the development of facilities management plans for each site as well as staying across the work that Guardian delivers on a day-to-day basis.
